The Australian Business visa is issued for the following purposes only: 
-          Making general business inquiries,
-          Investigating, negotiating, entering or reviewing contracts
-          Government to government visit
-          Attending conferences and seminars

The Australian Business Visa is not to be used for:
-          Performing work for organization or persons based in Australia, or
-          The sale of goods or services directly to the Australian public

Consular fees (application fee charged by the Australian Embassy) are paid by credit card when completing the visa application.

Australia Processing Time Notes: Please Read

Please submit one (1) recent passport photograph taken within the last six months.
Please carefully review the Passport Photo Style Regulations.

Important: Please do not cut/trim & staple the photo to the visa application. You can simply attach it with a paper clip or send it loose and we will attach it for you.

A letter from the U.S. Department of State agency or department the applicant will travel on behalf of:

• Addressed to "Embassy of (country name), Washington D.C.",
• Explaining the purpose of your travel and the dates of the visit.
• Contain the applicant's name as it appears in the passport as well as the passport number

• Passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining. A visa will not be issued with less than 6 months validity.
• Passport must contain at least 2 blank “Visa” pages. “Amendment” pages are not acceptable for visa issuance.
