Important! In order to apply the following criteria must be met:

Applicant is younger than age 5 or 65 years old and older, OR: 

• Previously issued a Nigerian visa within last 6 years
• Can submit current, valid passport with prior Nigerian visa 
• Previously undergone biometric enrollment via OIS or Thebez Global Resources Ltd. within last 6 years

As a part of the Nigerian visa service, an Application Preparation Specialist will complete your application on your behalf.

Please scan and email all of the requirements below to: Customer Service

• Nigeria Visa Questionnaire
• Passport sized photo taken within the last 6 months
• Passport bio-data page

You must send your passport – a copy is not acceptable. 

• Your signed passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining to apply for a visa. Visa will not be issued with less than 6 months validity.
• Must contain sufficient blank visa pages. Visas are affixed to the blank "Visa" pages of your passport. "Amendment" pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance.

Please submit two (2) recent passport photographs taken within the last six months.
Please carefully review the Passport Photo Style Regulations.

You must provide one of the following:

• Hotel reservation(s). You must provide a copy of your hotel reservation(s) confirming your stay in Nigeria, OR;
• A Letter of Invitation from your host in Nigeria, as well as a copy of your host's passport or national ID.

Proof of sufficient funds (recent bank statement):

• Individual applicants should show a minimum of $700 per person or $1,500 per family.
• You may white/black out, or otherwise remove, the account number from the statement.

You must provide a copy of ONE of the following items:
• A computer generated flight confirmation from your airline or a travel agency indicating the dates of entry and exit from the country you are visiting. Your name must be on the itinerary OR;
• A copy of your airline ticket indicating the dates of entry and exit from the country you are visiting. Your name must be on the ticket (do not send original ticket)

U.S. citizens born in Nigeria do not need to provide a hotel reservation, letter of invitation or bank statement.

• A letter of consent signed by both parents
• A copy of the minor's birth certificate
• A copy of each parent's passport or photo ID.
